Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμενο με πολύ γούστο, άνετο κρεβάτι και φουλ εξοπλισμένο. Δροσερό και με parking που είναι σημαντικό για την Πρέβεζα.
Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο. Η κυρία Μαρίνα μας υποδέχτηκε με πολλή ευγένεια και μας έδωσε πολλές πληροφορίες για την πόλη. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης και την παραλία, μόνο 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Η θέση πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ βολική.
